ICE is an ex-judicial organization. Detaining someone does not mean they enter the legal process where they have a right to a lawyer, hearings or other legal rights. As one concentration camp spokesman said: 'The Constitution doesn't apply here.' How many pardoned Jan6 are now employed by ICE???
