Not our usual Sunday roast but it was so freaking good! A roasted and butter basted cabbage wedge with a pepper sauce. The sides are the last of our garden carrots and beets alongside some delicata squash and potatoes. It isn’t always about the meat and we’re doing our best to cut down.
