#nostalgia spent the day looking my old tech experiments for the #gba from the early 2000's - that device was superb for experimenting with.

I've started to check out FontStruct and PixelForge to create pixelart fonts for my adventure games. Both are cool and easy to use, but unlike FontStruct you can edit with PixelForge an already existing font and extend it with additional characters. ✒️ #pixelart #gamedev #indiegamedev

I haven't had work in months. I'm a good art director, expert pixel artist, and although I prefer to do art, I can also make entire games from start to finish if necessary, as pictured. Not the greatest coder, but I get the job done (like Chapell Roan I guess). please share

On the Amiga are you using the 8bpp back/fore buffers and blitting the fore to the screen right? - I'm not certain that 7Mhz is enough to do it but.. you might be able to do a chunky to planer ordered dither on just the updated rects.

passing tiny sprites (< 13x13) through openai's image gen produces some amazing results without much direction, eventually this will be realtime can't wait.

Sound has always been my weakness, but the answer depends on how much time. Probably I would have reached for capturing mt-32 output as adpcm (22khz) samples and used that (turns the task mostly into a production task).
