The latest stop on “David the Jew’s Tour of Every Local Church“ for observer & democracy defense training was Mt. Olive at 31st/Chicago. It’s a landmark because it sits where 31st jogs a bit south at Chicago. Lovely people who wanted me to know they welcome any community meeting that needs space.

Good-sized line as doors opened this morning for voting at Powderhorn Park. Despite a VERY high proportion of voters in this neighborhood, I’ve only seen a line out the door 1x in >25 years (‘08). Voting here is highly efficient, so people don’t tend to pile up & most will have voted early/absentee.
