As a late birthday gift for DKC, have some sketches of the king of kremlings! …he may or may not be occupying at least 80% of my sketchbook afsdhdhgh #art #sketchbook #donkeykong

A sketchbook spread of King K. Rools each with different expressions or poses. From left to right, top to bottom, K. Rool is looking off to the distance with a smile and resting his head on his right hand. There’s a smaller doodle to the right of it that looks like he’s flying, referencing one of the DKC cartoons. The middle left has him looking to the right with a perplexed expression, another doodle to the right of him has his hands in the air looking guilty. At the bottom of the page is K. Rool looking off waving his hands in front of him as if he’s explaining his next big plans.

Post-it drawing of King K. Rool resting his head on his right arm and looking smug.

Colored pencil drawing of King K. Rool standing and looking triumphant. His right arm is outspread to his side and his left is close to his body in a fist.

A sketchbook spread of various characters from Donkey Kong Country. The top half of the page is a set of doodles I drew on a napkin while my friend and I were out for pizza. From left to right, K. Rool is striking his iconic pose from the reveal trailer, a DK pog head on top of him and half-bust of Donkey Kong in his stock pose giving a thumbs up and grin. Further to the right is a doodle of Funky Kong and Diddy Kong’s head. The bottom half of the page (from left to right) is a grayscale of K. Rool sitting on the floor, pouting and resting his head on his left hand while subtly showing the middle finger. To the right again is a post-it of a devilish K. Rool from the side as he has his right hand raised as to give the other victim a “toodle-loo”.

Share your blue art! This was a gift for my friend during ArtFight of his Dreamcast gijinka. She’s so cute!!! #art #dreamcast #digitalart

A digital drawing of a girl modeled off the Sega Dreamcast. Her head is a Dreamcast console with two blue pigtails, she’s grinning and winking. Her dress resembles a Dreamcast controller, with two large shoulder pads. Her chest has a small screen in the middle, a set of buttons to the right, and a d-pad and joystick to the left. She’s also wearing white gloves and her left arm is positioned on her hip while her right arm is making a peace sign. The background is light blue with fades of darker blue and a subtle circuit board pattern throughout, and behind the girl herself are silhouettes of her in three differing shades of blue extending to the left in a dark-to-light gradient.

OMG I FOUND IT mannnn this is a blast from the past. this had to be right within trap team’s release AT LEAST

A pencil drawing on lined paper of Gearshift from Skylanders. She’s standing idle, smiling and holding her iconic gear to her left side. A sentence above her says “Can’t wait to trap with you!”. More text to the right of her spells her name, along with a doodle of her tech elemental symbol. “All geared up!” is written below the symbol in quotes to show that’s her iconic catchphrase.

it’s hard trying to find art to repost that i don’t cringe at, but here’s a recent thing i’ve been working on! #wip #precure #prettycure #tropicalrougeprecure #プリキュア #トロプリ

A half-sketch/half-inked drawing of Laura from Tropical Rouge Pretty Cure. She’s in her human form, has her hair done up in a pony, and is wearing a kimono. She’s also supposed to be holding an umbrella with her right hand but I didn’t draw that yet, shush. On the surface of the sketchbook are the tools I used to work thus far. The left utensil is a Pentel Stylo pen with the cap on, and to the bottom right is the top half of my Papermate mechanical color pencil in the blue.

I mean considering how most of my art nowadays is based on fanart and hyperfixations of media that I hold a very strong bond/love for, this makes sense lol!

Your Result: Love
You create from love. It is an overflowing love that seeps out of your heart and into all you create. You couldn't possibly contain it inside yourself, and so you dedicate yourself to depicting it through everything you make. Your art is a celebration of what you cherish most, a loving tribute to everything that captivates you. There are things too wonderful to be appreciated in silence, and so you sing of your love time and time again. You are determined not to let your vast love go unnoticed or forgotten. That's why your work is a declaration of affection, an expression of fondness for everything that makes your life worth living.

i got bored so i thought to ease myself back into digital art by polishing my gearshift sketch. i haven’t drawn her in so long. i’ll have to see if i can my old drawing of her… #art #fanart #digitalart #procreate #skylanders

Digital art that features Gearshift from Skylanders looking to the camera smiling while sitting in a large gear. Her feet are propped up in the gear. One arm is holding onto a part of the gear above her while the other arm is dangling off the edge. The gear is a crystal amber and emits a slight glow. There are more simplified gears spread behind her against a sepia background.
