Philosophy needs to have a conversation about AI use by graduate students. What guidance should we provide to current grad students? What uses are acceptable and what are not? Is the dissertation defense still performative, or can one fail it? What about grad admissions? Other things?

10. We argue that kids are more likely than adults to think that radical transformation is possible. They think someone can be a "bad" person with a "bad" essence & that some social experiences can be so transformative that the person is fundamentally different on the other side.
