Philadelphia is much smaller than L.A. We still have an expansive network, largely buses plus rail, trolley, & subway. I don't need a car. Thanks to the PA Lottery we old folks ride for free. I just read this pbs history of LA as a streetcar city. www.pbssocal.org/shows/lost-l...
