I stand with those protesting at the Senedd today. The decision to scrap undergraduate teaching at Lampeter—a historic institution—is outrageous. Wales and Lampeter deserve better. #SaveLampeter #EducationMatters youtu.be/xeqyJrZsvlE?...

As a retired lecturer of the Swansea campus I am dismayed at the plan to close the St. David's site at Lampeter, the oldest institution of the University of Wales. Some things are more important than what's shown on a bean-counting bureaucrat's balance sheet.

Couldn't make it today, But proud to support from afar those who are fighting the decision to all but mothball Lampeter University and its 200 years of history #Lampeter #SDUC
