An entry for the VGen August challenge! For the prompt "Paradise", I've illustrated a bird of paradise, together with two flowers with suitable names 🌺🐦 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #character #australia #africa #red #green #yellow #vgen #rebelle

This illustration presents a bird of paradise sitting on a thin stick. Towards its left, there are two flowers present, which are also called "bird of paradise".

The scene is done in a geometric style, showcasing many different abstract shapes that interlock together with the elements.

The illustration is colored using various greens, cyan, yellow and red.

This illustration presents a toucan that's grabbing the side of an abstract branch, with multiple other abstract lines intersecting across the piece.

Commission for @kast.haus! I've included their character Breaking Mews in a retro news recording setting, together with his two fellow rat workmates. 🐀🐱 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #cat #mouse #red #commission #rebelle

This illustration showcases a newscaster black and white cat, Mews, in a suit speaking to a camera. The cat bears a happy expression, and makes gestures with his hands in front of the camera. His eyes are big and wide. He also has a unibrow that's raised. The end of his black neck tie has the design of a fountain pen, with a dot outside, at the bottom of it.

The camera is being manned by a rat wearing a neck tie, Roscoe. The rat is climbing a wooden ladder that's put by a brick wall, and at the bottom of it is another rat, Rupert, that's wearing a collar, and looking towards the cat. The rat handling the camera has an annoyed look at the other rat for he is standing in the spotlights that light up the scene for the cat newscaster.

The scene is painted with dark red, brown, brick red, beige (or tan) and white. The scene is centered around the news casting cat, Mews.

I've used an updated version of Rebelle for this redo, where the impasto is rendered at a higher resolution together with shadows!

A redo of an Artfight attack on Utahraptor! The character was inspired by the 80's song by B-52, "Quiche Lorraine" - and I decorated her with the lyrics of the song! 🐶🥦 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #dog #80s #green #artfight #rebelle

The art depicts a green poodle wearing sunglasses and a blue bonnet in a colorful desert. The poodle is decorated with lyrics from the song "Quiche Lorraine" by the rock group B52;

On the whole piece, multiple abstract lines are present, going around both in the background and on top of the poodle. They are colored orange, pink, blue, tan and white.

Artfight attack for @qhostbyrd.art! For this vibrant drum major, I've added an trumpeter to complement her and give the whole scene a lively atmosphere; Just as in a marching band! 🥁🎺 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #fox #trumpet #yellow #blue #artfight #rebelle

This artwork depicts an anthropomorphic fox character leading a trumpeter in a march. They're both dressed accordingly in matching march band uniforms.

In the foreground, the trumpeter can be seen holding the trumpet as the main focus, with his head turned towards the drum major. The drum major is holding a golden cane high and looks back at the trumpeter. As opposed to the trumpeter, the drum major has a lot of colorful feathers on top of her head.

The background is done in an abstract style, with checkered patterns; And the whole piece is coloured in a rainbow pattern - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, light purple - together with dark blue motifs and white.

Artfight attack for Lazy_Lemonæ! For this one, I've used many abstract lines to complement the simple, clean design of the white crow! 👁️🐦 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #crow #red #pink #white #artfight #rebelle

This artwork presents a blue eyed white crow in flight. On top of the crow, many red, pink and light purple lines can be seen; with the lines themselves being decorated further with abstract patterns and gradients.

Behind the white crow, an empty pink circle can be seen around its head, together with an overlapping red line. The background of the whole piece is a very dark red.

I've spent some more time composing a scene for this illustration, keeping storytelling in mind rather than just a showcase of the character, which I think gave it more soul!

Artfight attack for @paxerle.bsky.social on "Angel", based on Blue Exorcist! It presents the wolf character receiving a message from a triad of spirits. ⚔️🐺 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #wolf #sword #knight #gold #blue #yellow #artfight #rebelle

The artwork presents a tan wolf with a beige pattern on his coating sitting in the foreground, looking towards the left with a serious gaze. His golden hair flows through the wind together with a golden pendant with red and blue crystals that is attached to his collar. Behind him there is a golden halo.

Outwards, the hands of three blue spirits can be seen; one handling the wolf a scroll with a red ribbon, one holding the wolf's chin, and the last one holding a golden sword. The golden sword is decorated with dark brown leather a golden cross. At the base of the sword, an ornament resembling a soldier's head can be seen.

Above the wolf and the spirits, a blue eye looks down upon them, with feathers flying in the wind, behind it.

Entry for the VGen July Challenge! The prompt required a drawing of ice cream; I've first thought of the New York ice cream parlors, and drew the Statue of Liberty holding a cone high! 🍦🗽 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #character #statueofliberty #icecream #nyc #green #vgen #rebelle

The artwork showcases the statue of liberty holding up a cone of chocolate and mint ice cream, instead of the liberty torch. She is seen bearing a pair of sunglasses as well.

The background presents many abstract shapes intersecting and highlighting the cone of ice cream in the top left of the image.

The piece is coloured in light greens, dark green, beige, brown and white, presenting some gradients as well.

Artfight attack for TmrrwAfterTmrrw! This is one of the more abstract illustrations that I've done, presenting many interlocking shapes in black and white. They flow around and make a path for the main character; 🐋🎴 #art #illustration #drawing #abstract #character #night #moon #artfight #rebelle

The piece presents a white cat fish humanoid character dressed in a black tunic standing on a path. Behind the cat fish, the moon is present together with a lot of rectangular shapes that fill the entire scene;

The artwork is done in a very abstract style, with the perspective changing for a lot of the shapes. The whole piece is colored in black and white, and presents a lot of gradients and lines, interlocking with each other.

The artwork is centered around the cat fish character.
