Using a mask in public places like medical centers and grocery stores is the very least I can do to make the world a safer place. I feel a responsibility to do better since I've been educated on the subject. Again, helping the world is the least we can all do.

Yeah, I like the other app because of the nostalgia. I had it since 2010 tho the account i use now was made last year. Its my diary I don't have much irl support to spam all the time with my crap. I'm a big talker, so it's helpful. I had a bad friendship breakup earlier this year & lost family ties

Wrestling is complex cause its my everything. My passion, love, savior and hyperfixation but I have really bad anxiety so when I've been working in it or in the ring I get panic attacks Reminds me of what Cora described. But without it I feel worse, does that make sense? I love it but I get scared

Talk Therapy and mental health medication. Right now, I take antidepressants, anxiety meds, antipsychotics, and some medication for nightmares for PTSD. I also love self-improvement content like positivity, but not in a toxic way. I also use energy healing like reiki to sleep & ASMR. It helps!
