A comic of two foxes, one of whom is blue, the other is green. In this one, Blue and Green are returning home after a bike ride, walking their bicycles to the door. There's a note taped to the door. Blue glares at an empty spot beside the door.
Blue: Hey! They've removed the doorstopper stone!

Holding the door open so that Green can walk his bike in first, Blue reads the note on the door, frowning at it.
Blue: "Do not use anything to prop the door open" so how should people get their bikes in?

Having put their bikes and helmets back in their place, Blue and Green march on with determination.
Blue: Let's get some paper and a pen.
Green: And a new rock?
Blue: Naturally.

Returning outside, Blue and Green observe the new note that they have taped on top of the old one. Blue glances to Green with a question. They have also retrieved a new rock to replace the old one, placing it in the exact same empty spot beside the door, from where the old one had been removed.
Blue: "The rocks will continue until a better alternative is provided." Is that too harsh?
Green: Could be harsher.

A comic of two foxes, one of whom is blue, the other is green. In this one, Blue and Green are just sitting together, talking.
Green: It's funny how differently we were raised to show feelings. Like your "sad" looks like "despair" to me." And you see my "cranky" as "angry enough to start throwing furniture."

Blue raises an eyebrow, puzzled.
Blue: ...So how did your family express being genuinely angry?
Green: By throwing furniture.
Blue: Ah.

A comic of two foxes, one of whom is blue, the other is green. In this one, Blue approaches Green with enthusiasm, which Green reciprocates.
Blue: Cuddles!
Green: Cuddles!

Blue wraps himself around Green, coiled up like a snake, his eyes contently closed. Green seems surprised.
Green: Ough, you're really warm.
Blue: Yep.

Blue makes no effort to let go of Green, who is starting to look frustrated.
Green: I'm sweating.
Blue: I noticed.

Green frowns, while Blue grips him tighter.
Green: Release me.
Blue: No. Suffer.

A comic of two foxes, one of whom is blue, the other is green. In this one, Blue and Green are doing laundry, with Green's narration hovering above their heads. In the first panel, the foxes are carrying laundry baskets, balancing them on their heads.
Narration: Sometimes I look at us and think: "wow, this is really it."

The foxes sit in front of a washing machine, which is rumbling with great force. Blue and Green are sitting side-by-side, their tails tangled together.
Narration: These are the good times.

The foxes are hanging clean laundry on a clothesline.
Narration: The soft epilogue.

Finally, the foxes are carrying baskets of clean laundry, taking them back while balancing them on top of their heads.
Narration: Our happily ever after.

A comic of two foxes, one of whom is rosy pink, the other is a peach-colour baby. Rose is looking at Peach gently, while baby Peach looks back at her with full toddler defiance.
Rose: Okay sweetie, could you please get in the car for me?
Peach: No.

Looking sick of the situation, Rose begins to forcibly drag Peach into the car as gently as she can, while Peach fights back, dragging on the ground.
Rose: Can you please not act like you are getting kidnapped.
Peach: This is an insult to my autonomy!

Meanwhile, Blue and Green are sitting in Blue's car, watching the situation.
Rose, off-panel: There are people waiting for this parking spot.
Peach, also out of view: Death before dishonour!
Blue: We should just find another spot.
Green: No, I want to see who wins.

A comic of two foxes, one of whom is blue, the other is green. In this one, Blue and Green are in the grocery store, looking at a shelf with a vast array of various toothpaste tubes.
Blue: Huh, that's a lot of toothpaste options.
Green: Yep.

Blue and Green look at each other.
Green: So which one do we need?
Blue: The usual.

As both foxes turn back to study the shelf, Green starts listing the options.
Green: Okay so there's mint and cinnamon flavour, whitening, sensitive, insensitive...

As Green continues to nonchalantly list the types of toothpaste, Blue looks at him in confusion.
Green: Anti-cavity, anti-gravity, wards off evil spirits...
Blue: Wait, what?

Having made their way to the sign, the foxes study it.

Green: I want to buy the luxury of getting you nice things.

Blue gives Green a puzzled look as the vegetable slips from Green's grip, slamming against the ground with a big, hefty "whump".
