It's here! It's here! Presenting version 1.0 of "The food and drink of Hydaelyn and beyon", a culinary compendium of FFXIV's food- and drink-related lore, to use, elaborate on, or ignore as you please. I can't wait to see what you all do with this. Happy cooking!

I've never believed in the time bubble. By the start of ARR Deluge would be about 26 (he has no idea of his birth year) then by DT he's at least 32-33. I always headcanon that SB took place over a few years

Immediately confused since his mom died like 20 years ago. He then has to bury the untouched sadness by punching that person in the stomach

in art circles in jp / chn, artists get referred to as “sensei” / “laoshi”, but we don’t have that in english and we should. but i also don’t really like the way “teacher” sounds in english, so i think we should start addressing all artists as “boss”, like we’re all goons (the normal definiton)

Rather bad at it since his tomestone screen is always cracked, he hasn't met a screen protector that works, and most post moogles have trouble finding him on the road

Well it started the day the moon crashed from the sky. Taking the chance to absolutely ditch Ul'Dah, Deluge was luckily accepted into the Shroud and bereft of marketable skills joined the military. Having lived on the desert streets his whole life, the Twin Adder life was a dream come true. 1/?

I feel like if you think an entire race in a game is a secret shuttle the devs are using for pedophilia and that every dialogue where NPC of that race is talking about having relations is proof of that nefarious cabal, and I’m talking beyond fandom here, why. Why are you playing the game.

Deluge sits at a cool 6'8". He doesn't really think anything unless he's visiting lalafell friends and has to remember the height diff on furniture

Everyday I curse the lack of any passage of time in the MSQ, because it forces my guy to stay ambiguously 26.... But in my head he's 32-33 by the end of Dawntrail not including the patches.

Not really a WoL, but my guy did make his heart stop for a few minutes during a cave in. It was a rather nasty use of Living Dead while his tank was on empty, all just to hold back the creature causing it.
