MAGA Senators who failed to convict Trump twice in his impeach trials, Federal Judges like Loose Cannon and MAGA 6 SCOTUS justices who issued the numerous felon friendly favorable rulings and delays in his numerous trials, and MAGA members of Congress and voters. Are the abject faliures.

The felon forgets in 2024 he received 2,031,234 votes in Los Angeles and San Diego counties. Which is more then he received in 40 other states. And in California he received more votes then in every state, except Texas and barely Florida.

In 2020 I was suprised Trump and Republicans rushed to get Amy Coney Barrett confirmed to the SCOTUS before the election and didn't use the lame duck session to get her confirmed. Biden still would have won the election but them rushing to get her confirmed more then likely cost Trump some votes.

While Sally Yates would make a great AG. Trump firing her, he would have said she had a conflict of interest and was bias against him. And any case a Yates led DOJ had Trump would have appealed it before a Trump friendly judge, who would thrown the case out of court.

The Telecommunications Act of 1996 which changed the rules on media ownership passed in the House and Senate with hardly any opposition. The FCC in 2003 when GW Bush was president voted to relax the ownership rules 3-2. Then the FCC under Obama and Trump relaxed the ownership rules even further.
