The Supreme Court’s ruling on Brown vs the Bd of Ed was the beginning of racial equality in America. It didn’t stop the South from refusing to integrate for yrs, however. Now the South,w/the SC’s help, is going back in time, w/o Thurgood Marshall to bring it to heel.
