There's one particular spot I know where they can be found in the summer and so (very predictably) we've called it Linnet Bridge 😜 It's a bridge on the lane down from us, with just a stream flowing under it - which is apparently an actual river!

I've been cooking, watching the rain and speaking to medical people. All set for Lord SG's op on Monday (they needed info about the lens he had implanted in his other eye) I'll be missing from Sunday by the way, while we're away

Mixed to be honest He's not so good again today and some of the bloods have to repeated in three weeks and then a major one in mid January He's badly anaemic apparently, which would explain some of him looking pale and tired and being so cold all the time

Just found out one of Lord SG's recent blood tests indicate quite bad anaemia, so that probably explains some of why he's so cold all the time. I'm rationing ours to two hours morning and two hours evening and getting away with it at the moment 🤐 He's got to have some tests repeated in three weeks

How are you? I'm good thanks. Lord SG is recovering from his recent troubles and is confirmed for his eye op on Monday up in London, so fingers crossed he'll get some sight back in that eye after a few months with nothing 🍀
