A good meditative file (IMO) is one that has layers upon layers. The theme, if you will, of the file should be throughout. The way I have always written mine is that there are 3 major parts to the file. Much like a workout. In the beginning is a warm up. Then there is plateau. Finally, cool down. I do not prefer that you listen for these 3 parts, but I cannot force anything. If you want to, it might ruin the file for you. You have been warned.

How do you feel about Mondays? Very different to how you feel about Fridays! Mondays often bring a sense of anticipation mixed with a hint of dread as the weekend draws to a close and the workweek commences. Are you a person who lives for the weekend, eagerly planning trips, booking an Airbnb, or thinking about where you will vacay later in the year?
