I'm an IT tester, that last part made me laugh 🤣

Picked up my steelbook today. Just need BOBF to complete my current set. Hadn't realised I picked it up on the anniversary, sweet.

We've also been an active part of training Ukrainian soldiers. There are videos on YouTube.

Finally, it's out over here! Picked up my pre-order of Mando S3 today. 4K and Blu-Ray.

The funny thing is, we are in Europe. Not sure why people keep separating us. We left the EU, not Europe 😅

I'm UK. I feel sorry for anyone in the US right now, including my own family, my father is American. Most of us in Europe are shaking our heads to what is happening, it is wrong.

Not race, but as a woman who started working in a white male industry in the late 80's I've seen the change for the better. I remember the male chauvinist managers, which thankfully are few and far between today thanks to DEI, Well, that may change now. I've worked hard to get where I am.

I have a feeling our UK ones comes with Blu-ray discs as well, but I won't know until ours is released at the end of this month. It is advertised as 4k Ultra HD Blu Ray. Unfortunately, the region may be wrong for you.

LadyDjarin @ladydjarin.bsky.social · 02/02/2025

I got to one part and couldn't carry on. I was spoiled and then got mad at a scene.

LadyDjarin @ladydjarin.bsky.social · 02/02/2025

I've not had Angels Delight since my teens, but I remember loving this and the strawberry flavour. It needs to be set in the dessert glasses though 😁

LadyDjarin @ladydjarin.bsky.social · 30/01/2025

Exactly, takes the workplace back 30 years, where only women like this progressed. DEI helped the rest of us, I was there. Luckily, I don't live in the US.

This is one of my favourite Ren tracks, so well produced. The tune just sticks in your head. I always have a tear at the end of it though, knowing the story about his friend. Ren keeps it real and knows how to reach into your soul.

Only in the US do you call it socialism. To other countries, it is just part of life, paid for via our taxes, like all our public services, including health. Where as you say everyone benefits. I'm in the UK, we are capitalist as well. It is just getting away from the 'me' mentality.

LadyDjarin @ladydjarin.bsky.social · 19/01/2025

I know it isn't Essex, but wouldn't there be more opportunities you could seek here in the UK with Shinfield Studio opening in Reading? It feels like we are trying to grow our involvement in TV and film.

'Hi Ren' is the song most get introduced to with Ren. You are thinking of The Verve.

I hate rap music, but I love Ren's rap songs. Ren does rock, ska, reggae, he can put his hand to virtually anything. He also produces most of his own tracks. An amazing artist.

Anyone needs to understand the background story of Kujo Beatdown before they listen to it ... and Ren is the best person to explain it in his video about his misfortune of dealing with Kujo. Otherwise, they will be thinking ... what the heck!

I found Ren last August and have never looked back. Yet to find a bad track from him. Ren is such a versatile artist. I cannot think of any other artist like him. So unique.

Crickey, where to start, try these: Moth to a Flame River of Pain I'll be Waiting Castles in the Sand They are a hidden English gem of a rock band. I found them when they were supporting Status Quo. A more recent track is: Last out turns off the lights

Unfortunately we seem to be in a era of people who are easily influenced by others, and these reactors know it. Even if they just subtlety throw something in, it can have an impact on how someone's watches a show. Not that those influenced would ever admit that they were.

Thanks 😊💚. My lights have unfortunately stopped working in my cabinet so it was hard to get any good photos in this dull weather.

I've stopped watching certain YT reactors who just put rumours into peoples heads, and when they don't play out, it gets blamed on the writers. Someone who used to be a good reactor has gone down that route recently, I used to enjoy her content, but she keeps blatantly throwing in negative spins.

Finally, put my IG-12 on display and updated Din with his S3 look, shame his new pistols weren't part of the pack. Also, Grogu with his many toys #Mandalorian, #StarWars

I only found Ren in August and have never looked back, which is surprising as I'm a Brit. There is not one weak song, he is so inspirational and very intelligent. I cannot think of another artist like him. Losing It always stays in my head, it is a shame I cannot add it to my playlist.

It just shows you should let programmes breathe before coming to a rash decision. Not everyone watches shows as soon as they are released. I have a backlog of shows to watch. SW just happens to be at the top of my personal list for priority watching.

Unfortunately, I'll be tucked up in bed asleep when it airs. I have to wait until tomorrow lunchtime, or evening to watch Ep3 😒 avoiding spoilers. I hope you'll have a good one to report on, it's been great so far 😊 have fun.

First problem, IG-12 is too tall for inside my IKEA Kallax unit 🤣

I think most just believed what they were told on social media. It was so obvious with all the repetitive comments. They were like sheep. They need to clear their heads of what others told them and watch it with a fresh pair of eyes.

LadyDjarin @ladydjarin.bsky.social · 07/12/2024

I doubt they've rewatched it to try to understand the season. A guy yesterday was moaning cause they didn't explain everything. I said that is what your own imagination is for 😅 Not everything has to be spelt out. I loved the season.

I can see myself repurchasing S1 & S2 Mando. They are re-releasing them over here, and I bet they are in the newer higher format as S3 is. Typical if so.

I was just thinking. I've ordered from Amazon US before. Can you not order the book from Amazon UK?

It is so refreshing going over to YouTube to watch Skeleton Crew reactions, and there doesn't appear to be any of the hater reactors, on my feed anyway. It is like they get together and decide when to mass post.

They never die. I've had mine for years just sat on my window sill, occasionally water it, sometimes forget. Mainly, it is just the long leaves that regrow, but I have had it come out in flower again.

Only us older Brits may watch Skeleton Crew Ep1 and their brains see these robots. They were a mashed potato commercial for a product called Smash:

Oh, not heard of that one, will look out for it. I'm still waiting for The Art of ... S3 to complete my collection. I don't think it is coming though 🥲

LadyDjarin @ladydjarin.bsky.social · 03/12/2024

You are so lucky. I have to wait until February til they are released here. They are meant to be even better quality than previous season releases.

That time again, try to avoid spoilers until possibly lunch or after work tomorrow. Really looking forward to this.

We have to wait until February here in the UK for ours to be released. Although, they are advertised with both 4K and Blu-ray here. I've got Mando S3 on order.
