He impulsively went in on Venezuela. He impulsively went in on Iran. Each time, it's led to greater global instability everywhere he intervenes. And every time he's done that, it's coincided with a spike-or new revelations-in the Epstein files.
I believe he feels existentially tied to it. That connection, in my view, is one of the reasons he must be removed from office.
If the Epstein files hold such sway over president trump and his administration that they're willing to risk global conflict to protect themselves politically, that's the definition of a leader who cannot make objective decisions on behalf of the American people

The deadly shooting in Minneapolis today was a straight-up execution of a protester by Trump's federal brownshirts.
The thugs wrestled him to the ground. They pistol-whipped him, then shot him multiple times. They murdered him.
The videos don't lie. A man is dead, killed in cold blood.
There is no conceivable justification for this intentional homicide. And make no mistake, that intentional, unjustified homicide was committed on behalf of Donald J. Trump.
Trump's militarization of Minneapolis and other parts of our nation isn't about illegal immigration. It's not about enhancing public safety. It's about destroying any sense of that safety-to intimidate political opponents, and to punish dissent. It's about a corrupt, out-of-control regime's effort to provoke citizens in order to justify the violence it desires to commit against them so that it can expand and retain its power.
That is fascism. It is tyranny. It is governmental criminality.
And the ultimate legal check the Framers of our Constitution provided to stop this kind of tyranny and criminality in the executive branch is impeachment and removal of the executive.
Congress needs to do its job. Now. Before it's too late.

JANUARY 25, 2026
The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.
Federal law enforcement and immigration agents have a tough job. But Americans expect them to carry out their duties in a lawful, accountable way, and to work with, rather than against, state and local officials to ensure public safety.
That's not what we're seeing in Minnesota. In fact, we're seeing the opposite.
For weeks now, people across the country have been rightly outraged by the spectacle of masked ICE recruits and other federal agents acting with impunity and engaging in tactics that seem designed to intimidate, harass, provoke and endanger the residents of a major American city. These unprecedented tactics - which even the former top lawyer of the Department of Homeland Security in the first Trump administration has characterized as embarrassing, lawless and cruel - have now resulted in the fatal shootings of two U.S citizens. And yet rather than trying to impose some semblance of discipline and accountability over the agents they've deployed, the President and current administration officials seem eager to escalate the situation, while offering public explanations for the shootings of Mr. Pretti and Renee Good that aren't informed by any serious investigation-and that appear to be directly contradicted by video evidence.
This has to stop. I would hope that after this most recent tragedy. administration officials will reconsider their approach, and start finding ways to work constructively with Governor Walz and Mayor Frey as well as state and local police to avert more chaos and achieve legitimate law enforcement goals.
In the meantime, every American should support and draw inspiration from the wave of peaceful protests in Minneapolis and other parts of the country. They are a timely reminder tha…

To be clear about what this depicts: An immigration officer threw a woman onto the ground. Alex Pretti, a registered nurse on scene as a legal observer, is filming and goes to help the woman up. He is then pepper sprayed and thrown to the ground for no discernible reason. Many officer surround and assault him; one removes his firearm, which police say appears to have been legally registered. They then execute him with a hail of bullets.
They are, objectively speaking, both cowards and criminals, while Pretti is what we teach people an American ought to be.

We have to stop measuring the value of human life based on how “productive” an individual is. Everyone contributes to society in some way, just because it’s not monetary doesn’t mean their life holds no value.

there is no "high-functioning" or

Today an individual showed up to my D.C. office and made white supremacist threats and hand gestures. Everyone is safe, and I want to thank Capitol Police for their swift response.
But let me be crystal clear: this cannot become the norm.
We're living in a time where political violence is being fueled from the very top. When the President of United States spreads hate and lies, when he targets his political opponents, when he openly calls for the death of sitting Members of Congress, he is putting a literal target on our backs. The President should be committed to unity, not more division.
Some folks have questioned why I need security. This is why. Every time I speak truth, stand up for my constituents, or call out corruption, the threats get louder-and more dangerous.
I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced. I will continue to show up for the people of Texas' 30th Congressional District. But we cannot pretend that this is normal. When leaders promote hate, hate shows up sometimes right at our door.

USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse. I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email

It’s called not being a selfish prick.

I'm not going to lose food stamps, because I'm not on them.
I'm not going to lose medical assistance, because I'm not on it.
I'm not going to lose section 8 housing, because I don't use it.
I know this is hard for the far right to understand but l am gutted on the inside thinking of the millions of people who WILL lose these things.. Because I don't worry about just the things that affect me.

My MP emailed about having a surgery and asked if she could help. Here's my response.

Dear Jess,
As it happens I am in need of assistance. I'm disabled and have been refused PIP (despite being deemed disabled enough to be in the Support category of ESA). I've been awaiting tribunal for over one year (I applied for PIP in November 2023 and was refused). This entire process has been dehumanising, demoralising, and has exacerbated my depression and anxiety immeasurably. It's no wonder the UN considers the UK benefit system to be in violation of human rights. I'm sadly experiencing it firsthand.
I didn't ask to become disabled. I didn't ask to be in constant, debilitating pain with no meaningful relief. I didn't ask to have such horrid fatigue that I have to choose between taking a shower or feeding myself whatever I can quickly grab. And I didn't ask to incur the extra expense that comes with being disabled. And yet I feel as though I'm being punished by the government for something outside of my control. And it isn't just about money. In order to be recognised as disabled for ANY benefit (e.g. disabled bus/train passes, exemption of VAT for the very things that make my life manageable, etc.) PIP is required. Yet PIP is insanely difficult to get, and the government has now made it worse. I cannot stand up long enough to take a shower, but I'm not disabled enough for PIP. I'm unable to make healthy meals for myself, yet I'm not disabled enough for PIP. I cannot walk without the aid of a cane or walker, but somehow I don't qualify for PIP. Please make that make sense.
Your world becomes infinitely smaller when you become disabled. You lose friends, you are made to feel like a burden and are downright demonised by society as a whole. The sad reality is that each and every non-disabled person on this planet is just one illness or injury away from becoming disabled. I'd been naive enough once to think that it would never happen to me, but it did, and I feel like the DWP has been kicking me when I'm down.
