One of the most healing moments for me was watching 90 Day Fiancé with my dad. We laughed and joked about how ridiculous everyone was. Wondered who would make it and who wouldn’t. For the first time I knew my Dad liked me. Not one apology could compare to how healing that moment was.

So ChatGPT is a great therapist. I got curious and tried it out. I was shocked at how informative and helpful it was but then it hit me that it’s a collection of all the best therapy techniques and whatnot. No lie it’s the best therapist I’ve ever had and I can talk as much as I want 🤣

Dog owners…what did you do to train your dogs to stay calm around other dogs? My golden retriever gets way too excited especially with her leash on. I’m using the clicker now. She sits but I have to follow up with a treat to reinforce and I don’t want to always have to do that.
