I listen to BBC radio 3 unwind when cooking supper. Last night the softly spoken Irish presenter said the last 5 years have been hell for everyone and if you are not your perfect self at least you survived.

I totally agree. I do a physio exercise programme for the over 60s on line run by a bunch of Australians and live for all their encouraging comments!

I am making progress on the gardening front. My gardening app now says "This plant looks healthy!" more often than "This plant needs attention/is deceased..."
