More serious is that there haven’t been any progress in statistics to break out from linear models and normal distribution that can extend the current ML paradigm. The current linear restriction will be most difficult to break.

An IPO document is a sales pitch. Believe it at your own peril. All ML systems are Generalized Linear Models based on assumptions that may or may not be valid for the application in its situation. Anyone with experience in linear models would know how restrictive that is.

I costed out the cost of preparing a 0.5 sq km =123.5 acre parcel ready for construction (with cleaning up of contamination and flood prevention) to be $225M assuming the land is free back in 2003. Should be doubled by now.
