There aren't any development sketches for Bounder, because it's based on an old drawing of mine from 2019. The original drawing didn't have any lower legs though, so I did have to design those more recently.

Here's some of the design progression of the chest region that were hiding in the layers. As you can see the leg design was settled on fairly early on, with the only major change being the claws eventually replacing the ToM-style stumps.

Here's how I set up aim constraints on RiOT. Couldn't fit it in the character limit, hope this helps! Your rotate-y bit needs to be its own bone with no children that's a sibling of the part you're aiming at (ie: lower arm). And I recommend making an empty child as the source so you can offset it.

Aim Constraint:
Mode: Object Rotation Up.
Aim Vector: Axis perpendicular to rotation, source should be slightly eccentric in this direction.
Up Vector: Axis vector the source is unlikely to cross (will flip over).
World Up: Object Rotation Up.
World Up Vector: Same as up vector but use parent's axis.
World Up Object: Parent transform.
Freeze Rotation Axis: Check only the desired axis of rotation, in *parent's* transform.
