Today I won a round of escape-the-kiosk at some touristy info thing :) It even had sound!

Someone (me) gives a thumbs-up in front of a large info screen. In the background you see some touristic info content, in front is a window with Youtube playing the song "Dragostea Din Tei".

Thought I had found a very strange bug in Véronique. Why are two different days "in 4 days"? ...I hate date and time. 😭

Two rows from some kind of database, both referencing a date. First one is "2012-03-03", second one "1939-03-04", but both say "in 4 days, ..." afterwards.

Is z-fighting a thing in the PDF format? Having an issue where some lines are visible when rendering the PDF on screen, but missing after being printed (by professionals). What else could this be caused by? The PDF is from a LaTeX doc using the cwpuzzle package.

[politics, RO, presidential election] 41 votes currently separate the second place (who will move on to round two) and the third (who will not). Crazy.

Preliminary electoral results, showing Georgescu far ahead, followed by two almost equal in votes candidates: Ciolacu and Lasconi, separated by only 41 votes.

@b0rk (for comparison, here's the same in Alacritty. I am confused how it can work in here, given that the 16 colors displayed are the same, and it doesn't use RGB colors, but the same 16 ANSI colors (I checked with `neofetch | cat -v`)).

I'm really bad at any kind of handy work and craftsmanship, so something like this is a huge achievement. The only thing left is to attach it to my desk.

A constitution out of (mostly) wood, with drawer -like rails connecting a main slab of wood and two vertical side pieces. Don't know how to describe this any better.

My hobby: When setting a timer for 20 minutes (or any other multiple of ten minutes), I first press 2, then double-zero, and then a single zero, because it feels dangerous and illegal.
