health update: i'm having a rough time right now, so i'm taking a break. i'm resting and expected to visit the hospital soon to see how serious my condition is. not sure what it is yet, but i'm having a very large amount of discomfort and sharp pain in my lower-left abdomen.

Fruit tea with mulberry & pomegranate tastes mild and tasty, but it contains too much sugar. Honey scented tea is good but still plain for me. These drinks are about $2. That's too expansive. Buy some high quality tea leaf and make it by ourself is more practical.
