still not getting rid of the lamp because it works but the bare bulb is p ugly and all the replacement shades I can find online cost more than the lamp did

I have two of those cheap floor lamps with the upward facing shades in my bedroom and one of them is like 20 years old because I got it for my first apartment when I was 18 and it still works so why get rid of it anyway the plastic shade had some cracks and just now it kinda shattered??

They advertised and instagram account and I looked it up and the style is all over the place. Don't see any obvious AI tells and honestly a lot of the art is rough in a way I rarely see from AI so I suspect it's stolen the old fashioned way.

someone is coming out to look at and hopefully fix the bathroom leak tomorrow $50 (normally $100 but they're running a special) to diagnose the problem plus whatever the repair costs I really hope it's just a like, patch the leak kind of thing and won't cost a gazillion money

the tenant downstairs seemed to think it was the shower but I can't shut off water to it individually. I did shut off water to the sink and the toilet just in case and it's very frustrating not to be able to use my bathroom
