Day 2 at flamecon has come to a close! Always appreciate meeting new folks and being in community! This event is such a nice reminder to hold beauty and joy up as much as we hold up resistance. Queer joy is necessary for survival! Thanks for the amazing time and see you next year! ✨❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍🩷🩵✨

❤️Granmamare❤️ (Mermay Prompt - Miyazaki) Since this prompt was about celebrating Miyazaki, I couldn't resist drawing my FAVORITE Miyazaki character. An illustration depicting a scene from The Last Unicorn by Peter S. Beagle. The unicorn being embraced by a woman in the middle of a green wood. The two are laying in a bed of soft grass and pink flowers, the sky behind them is glowing pink with the light of dawn. Despite the woman’s tired appearance, the unicorn rests her head on her. I heard it's Sapphic Sunday!! ✨❤️🧡🤍🩷💖✨ #sapphicsunday #artistsonbluesky

Drawing of a woman sitting at the edge of a lake sharing an intimate gaze with a mermaid. They are about to kiss!

Two young women embracing in the night sky. One is the embodiment of night and has a blue dress, the other is the embodiment of a star and is glowing bright with a white dress.

Two women wearing gold sheets are kissing in a soft field under the stars. One has white flowers in her hair.
The pose and color palette are somewhat reminiscent of Gustav Klimt's The Kiss.

A sketch of a feminine version of the Greek god Area sitting beside her lover, Aphrodite.
Ares is wearing a war helmet and Aphrodite is holding up a shield to protect the two of them.
They are both only wearing loose fabric, and Aphrodite has her girdle of pearls draped around her waist, chest and arms.

🩸The Mirror 🩸 This piece was made in 2023 for Sanguine. A zine project featuring artwork and prose celebrating vampires! This was such an indulgent piece to work on and I'm so happy I can now share it on social media! #artistsonbluesky #digitalart #vampires #oc #ocsky

A digital painting of a pale woman with black hair sitting at her vanity. She is wearing a luxurious, Bordeaux-colored satin gown that cascades over her seat and to the floor. The room and woman are dimly lit by ghostly flames, and though the mirror the woman's image disappears, only showing her jewelry and dress's neckline - revealing her true identity as a vampire. She has a slight smile and knowing gaze to the viewer, who seems to be peaking in from a shadowy curtain in the foreground.

#1 social media tip: Believe in kindness. Interact with people you like, support them, help them get traction. Comment on their art, cheer them on, share a shop post. Be selfless. Kindness blossoms into more kindness. It will take you far. People who stick together, grow together.
