kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 27/01/2025Of course the Chiefs made it back to the Super Bowl, did no one learn anything from “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story” on @hallmark.bsky.social ? 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Favorite and most memorable season of college football. It’s been the most fun I’ve had as a fan of my team ever - especially in the last month. 010

kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/01/2025In hindsight, doesn’t everyone being mad at Day after the Michigan loss seem *more* justified after how Ohio St. played in the CFP? 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/01/2025ND didn’t get home, Howard threw it up and they got it. Thems the brakes. 010
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 20/01/2025Had a special guest Assistant Producer with me for today’s “Minute with Mitch” recording. Many thanks to Mitch Holthus for helping Finn have a memorable morning. 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 16/01/2025I think being a very visible Secretary that accomplished a lot of things that people can tangibly point out, probably shields him the criticism that many from the Cabinet will get it they wish to run for Office. Add in his willingness & effectiveness to speak on all platforms and it's a big bonus. 020
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 08/01/2025On the "likeability" thing, BK being gone is a big thing (not having to feel like you have to defend him is a benefit). Freeman is objectively more enjoyable to engage with on a surface level. Team-wise, they play great defense, hit hard, and run the ball with as an ethos - that's easier to love. 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 08/01/2025I'm an ND fan who can best be tagged as NBC-influenced & Sunday confirmed. Didn't go to school there, and at 36 - last week's win was truly the first "wow that was amazing to witness" win in my life. I wish more would enjoy it, because if you do win it all - it's going to be a harsher spotlight. 110

kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/12/2024And when as Evans has taken awhile to get back to full speed a year removed from his injury, a player like Faison and Collins become Leonard’s slot options to keep drives alive. 010
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/12/2024It’s the fact of their depth, losing 2 OL starters to start the year, losing their best defender (Morrison) and plugging guys in + players like Love being able to shift games so rapidly. ‘12 team had a great players - but this is a different quality. 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/12/2024The week following that loss I had a serious questioning of what I knew about ball. This is the best, well-rounded Irish team I can remember. 150

kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/12/2024I believe it’s been something they’ve done far more often this season. 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 21/12/2024It appears the environment is juiced. Also, not as frequent of timeouts like there are with regular ND games. I’d also wager, the crowd make up isn’t the standard Irish fan collection like in the regular season. 020
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 18/12/2024My 7 year old has been *blessed*, a Mahomes jersey at 3, Kelce jersey at 5 - he's doing a risk/reward with asking Santa for a Xaiver Worthy jersey this year. I had one jersey in my youth, a Notre Dame Autry Denson jersey. 000

kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 09/12/2024Hmm…Chiefs going with a “Fastball” offense, running Mesh - the things that work on Friday nights, Saturday afternoons, can be the antidote to your Offensive ailments. 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 08/12/2024I’m just glad ND got the Friday game so I get to space out my battle with nerves as the Chiefs play Saturday, instead of it bundled in a few hours. 000

kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 07/12/2024I believe between the 3 Academies, we may see this happen a *tick* more often. There’s something to be said about cohesive play of players being in a system for 3-5 years. Maybe 2-3 times a decade we’ll see a run like this year by either AFA, Navy, or Army. 000
kylewhaas.bsky.social @kylewhaas.bsky.social · 05/12/2024It's been a bit, but I've been in it - I feel like that could happen. But if you want to decoupage it, you'll want to call ahead. 000
