Lupin the IIIrd: Fujiko Mine's Lie 4/10 No, still don't like this one.

The Blood Spray of Goemon Ishikawa (rewatch) 9/10 This is probably my favorite Lupin movie. It's so good.

100

Lupin the IIIrd: The Gravestone of Daisuke Jigen (rewatch) 8.5/10 One of my favorite Lupin movies. Great across the board, though some of the stuff in it really didn't need to be there. If you know you know.

Demon Wars 7/10 Not as good as the first run but the art is still fantastic and that's enough to carry it.

Vanquish (replay) 7.5/10 A great game held back by a lot of poor last minute design decisions that drag it down hard

100

Demon Days 7.5/10 Despite my extreme capeshit hateboner came out very pleasantly surprised, probably because if you get rid of the superficial Marvel elements this might as well be a completely unique thing entirely. The Ukyo-e inspired artwork was easily a highlight.

Batman: The Brave and the Bold - Season 3 7/10 My friend kept saying "this is the ending of The Big O" repeatedly during the final episode and I can't tell if I am more or less interested in that show now

Blade Chimera 6.5/10 Out of all of Team Ladybug's metroidvanias this is easily the worst out of the bunch. A flawed game from start to finish that feels even worse if you come off of Luna Nights and Wonder Labyrinth, Really disappointed.

Sleeping Dogs - Year of the Snake 6/10 Basically the same as NiNP, a bunch of pretty repetitive missions with little actual substance, the plot also just kind of exists despite being supposed to be the focus here

Sleeping Dogs - Nightmare in North Point 6/10 I'LL SEE YOU IN HELL, WEI SHEN

Hyde @kylehydescorner.bsky.social · 13/01/2025

Sleeping Dogs 8.5/10 They really managed to encapsulate all the best parts of hong kong action movies and made them playable. Shen is me as fuck.

Batman Arkham City (replay) 7/10 Why does the Jonkle get Hyper Mega Death AIDS? Is he stiod?

Hyde @kylehydescorner.bsky.social · 07/01/2025

Root Letter (Movie) 2/10 This movie is offensively boring. As an adaptation its more interested in reimagening the vague ideas of the plot, which is fine, but it does it in the most cliché american teen angst drama way possible, complete with abysmal acting

100

Hyde @kylehydescorner.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Birdy the Mighty (OVA) 7.5/10 A fun 4 episode romp, biggest issue is that it feels very incomplete

100

Hyde @kylehydescorner.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Ip Man 4: The Finale 5/10 That was a really really REALLY silly movie that is absolutely impossible to take seriously by any metric whatsoever

100

Hyde @kylehydescorner.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Ip Man 3 (rewatch) 7/10 It's like watching two completely disconnected movies at the same time and swapping between the two screens every 5 minutes

100

Hyde @kylehydescorner.bsky.social · 04/01/2025

Root Film 7/10 What the fuck was Kōno trying to do with this game?

100

Hyde @kylehydescorner.bsky.social · 04/01/2025

Sonic Mania 6/10 After several years of trying repeatedly and dropping it at Studiopolis every time, I have finally finished this game. It was okay I guess

New video out today on every video game based on Ranma 1/2, a childhood favorite manga of mine. This video is completely self indulgent in every way. Link in replies.

A wise man once said "do not kill the guilty part of your soul. kill the part that feels guilty"

personally, these are my favorite steam emotes

I really like 2D Zelda so I quite enjoy the earler Ys games. My favorite are easily Oath in Felghena and Origins though. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of the 3d ones.

000

I don't think you can fix them without rewriting them entirely, but; -Get rid of the alternate routes -put all the hints into the main narrative so player and protag can solve the mystery properly -remove shitty humor -explain supernatural properly without using it for asspulls -replace every char
