All I see when I look at this is my dumb head looking like the 👴🏻 emoji Anyway: The US & Alaska state governments spend public money in 2026 to pay for unused Internet connections in a ghost town. They could, instead, provide that $ to people struggling to afford broadband in Alaska villages. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Reporting question: Whether or not someone received a PFD on a given year is: 1.) Public information. 2.) Not public information. 3.) Depends on who/how you ask. (Relevant law seems to be AS 43.23.110. In the past it's been interpreted as the state to say who got a check no?)
