This should strike fear into Republicans. NC A&T students reportedly marched 45 minutes EACH WAY to vote after being denied an on-campus early voting site. 90 minutes round trip to exercise their right to vote. You can create barriers, but you cannot silence this generation!

Under the proposed Medicare for All Act, there would be no premiums, deductibles, copays, or prior authorization for covered services. We’re talking about a completely different healthcare system.

Just to clear up a misconception. The proposed Medicare for All program is NOT the same Medicare we have today. Today’s Medicare can require premiums, deductibles, copays, and prior authorization, particularly through Medicare Advantage plans.

We keep hearing America can’t afford to cover everyone. We already spend $5.3 TRILLION a year on healthcare. The problem isn’t that we don’t spend enough. It’s that we spend this much and people still go without care or face medical debt. Healthcare is a right. Medicare for All.

Parents shouldn’t have to choose between going to work and being able to afford child care. Universal Pre-K starting at age 2. Lower child care costs. More options for families. Child care shouldn’t break the bank. Period.
