How is no one stopping this genocidal lunatic???

Waiting to get our SAG-AFTRA approval but the short film, Last Call, is well underway in pre-production! I'm producing, co-directing with Neil Bloom, and handling the cinematography. Starring Michael B. Woods and Daniel Dauphin. I am stoked to see where this goes!

Poster for a local non profit. Kinda proud of this one. I had to fight my way into position at just the right moment to get the shot.

Working on an indie film right now. Captured a couple quick portraits on set while I had my lights set up for a key art shoot at the top of the day. #unitstillsphotographer #chicagophotographer

Saying goodbye this morning to my best little friend, Noodles. We had a great 16yrs together. His little body is just giving out on him in so many directions so we've hired a vet to come to our home and help him pass on. I'm gonna really miss him 💔

Laying in bed with my best bud after doping him up with Gabapentin. His clock is running out so he’s getting the best drugs and treats for the next couple of days. It’s heartbreaking to watch these little innocent guys go downhill 💔

Yesterday I captured several thousand photos at an amazing music event in Milwaukee. Just starting the editing process. She’s playing a shamisen. It was beautiful and haunting. #photographer #chicagophotographer #livemusic #concertphotographer #japanese #shamisen

I keep seeing this "transcript" but it's not even close to accurate. What was said is still super shitty and horribly embarrassing but folks, sharing misinformation is just helping the assholes. The full interview is up on Youtube if you want to know what was really said. Link in the comments

Went into the archives to grab a pic of my wife to edit. I just needed to work on something nice, something that would make me happy in these insane times. #chicagophotographer #portraitphotographer #keyartphotographer #unitstillsphotographer

Just realized I haven't shared most of my work from set last year! I have tons of stuff still under NDA that I am impatiently waiting to release but for now, here's a few image from Emperor of Ocean Park on MGM+ starring Forrest Whitaker & Grantham Coleman. #unitstillphotographer #setphotographer

I participated, shooting stills, bts, and key art, in the 72hr short film challenge last weekend with my good friends at Year of the Phoenix Productions. I shot the key art for this poster with a strong leaning towards a romance novel in mind. #unitstillsphotographer #unitstills #keyart #indiefilm

I got the chance to photograph a Muay Thai fight last night. My friend Harmony was competing and brought me in as her personal photographer for the night. She lost by decision but threw everything should could until the final bell. It was an impressive fight!

Just wrapped my second gig working on an unscripted-reality show. This one is "Legacy List with Matt Paxton" will be coming out on PBS fairly soon. I worked on an episode here in Chicago and an episode in Ann Arbor. A fantastic crew to work with! #stillphotographer #unitstills #bts

I complained to my wife about not having enough work. A few days later... new big client just hired me (and wants to hire me often), another big client booked me for August (Massive gig + NDA), and I signed on to an Indie movie filming in Chicago right now. BTS of me filming an interview for a doc

Hey Bluesky peeps! Haven't posted in a min. Now that SAG has given the green light to indie films to keep on doing their thing, my schedule has started getting busy again. Hopefully I'll have some new work to post very soon :) Here are some BTS and stills from Two Flares Up, shot last winter. #bts

Another from my recent show "Black Sheep". My model showed up to this shoot with a taxidermy lamb that was born without a face. I gave all of my models the option to bring whatever clothes or props they wanted and I loved what a lot of them came up with. All 3 editions sold the night of the show.

A whole new platform to share some of my recent work, you say? Okay! Here are a few pieces from my recent solo photography show "Black Sheep". The show was a reflection on all of us who have been labeled or made to feel like a black sheep or something outside of the "norm".
