It's so important that music is inclusive. There are no auditions for my community choir and all are welcome. Singing is so good for mental health, and many people with dementia love listening to music or singing.

It's that time of year again, and no, we don't use a noisy, energy-devouring leaf blower! With a big garden it's a proper work out, I can tell you. Who needs a gym membership? 🤣

The Equality Act 2010 legally protects people from discrimination in the workplace and in wider society. Bit of a job squeezing past this big old vintage London bus on a country road in Shere yesterday. Shere in Surrey is where the film 'The Holiday' was set (or at least, where they built the fake cottage) although the actual village scenes were filmed in Godalming. The artificial snow got everywhere🤣
