Comic based on what was originally a Clinical Trial meme by @ClinicalTrialFA on Twitter. Friend struggles to button a pair of pants, frustratedly exclaiming, "These pants have gotten too tight." Absentmindedly, Battat replies, "Lose weight then."

In the next panel, his expression becomes troubled and confused, and he wonders aloud, "Wait. Why did I say that." Friend's expression softens and it affixes its gaze onto him, responding, "You're right."

In the third panel, Battat looks even more distressed, holding up his hands in protest, insisting "No. I. I didn't mean it." Friend ignores him, pulling up its fur like it's a shirt and revealing it has already lost an absurd amount of weight, ribs showing and stomach sunken.

In the last panel, it is revealed everything was only Battat's dream. In his sleep, he grips the sheets, brows furrowed and sweating, murmuring "No... no..." in clear panic. Friend lies beside him on the bed, unconcerned with Battat's discomfort while casually thinking to itself, "I want a cheeseburger."

Second Drawing: Pluey leans down to spit a pill out onto their palm with a 'bleh," shoulders slumped. To her left, Jongler pats Pluey's back with a sympathetic look, asking "Still no luck?" to which Pluey responds with a sad emoticon. To Pluey's right, Battat is shrugging his shoulders and smiling away from them, exclaiming "Welp. I taught her every trick I know. I don't think she's swallowin' it."

Third Drawing: "Buts she *wants* ta swallow it, don'tcha, Plues?" asks Jongler, to which Pluey nods. Battat holds a hand to his chin, eyes closed in thought as he muses aloud, "Well- hold on. There *are* other options."

Final Drawing: Battat has turned to face the others, holding a hand up as he explains, "Medication doesn't just come in pills. We could try to getcha injections or somethin'?" Jongler and Pluey both perk up at the suggestion, with Jongler happily exclaiming, "Ooh, dat could work!"

(Implied some time later) Pluey walks holding a new prescription close to his chest, clearly happy with the new development. Text beside them indicates "she got asenapine," an ODT that medicates schizophrenia.
