js remembered it was gonna have the branch engines gradually get stolen, with targeted attacks on the line too. Blamed on (the made up version of) BR, the diesels, etc., but actually the doing of some unknown guy, possibly a P.T. Boomer kind of character; just more hidden and mysterious.
