Our sixth #UptownKidLit was a blast 🚀 Even with the heavy rain, we welcomed 500 people to @sugarhillmuseum, had 30 volunteers running around, hosted 21 authors and teaching artists, and gave away over 1,700 books! Not bad for a rained-out day in a new venue ❤️
