Heres a thing I learned: being obese and a chronic heavy thc user means you can be clean for 6 weeks and wizz dirty. I was self medicating for CPTSD, and not even getting much more than a buzz at the end. Dulled the existential dread, but ultimately I dont miss it. Walked another mile.

So at 1.4 miles without hydration, my body quit on me yesterday. So today with hydration on me and a 1 mile route I did great. Lessons learned. Keepin it movin.

I was like "ooh" and immediately told my partner. So like, despite collapsing in the street, I still give yesterday a 7. I also had a great time with my kids at the Michigan Science Center where a wedding was held. So like, it wasnt JUST parasocial elation. But I get it.

Had my first parasocial engagement since platforms became a thing. Never got on instagram or twitter because I wasnt sure I was made for them. But I get it. Just a few hours after I thought I was going to shit myself to death, a musician that helped me emotionally liked a comment I left them.

Another humbling moment in a week of humbling moments. I went for what I wanted to be a 40 minute walk and ended up dehydrated, and cramping to the point of collapse. A neighbor got me the last 600 feet or so by car. Really didn't expect that. I cant remember ever deteriorating so fast.
