late entry for day 2: stargazing @kurodaievents.bsky.social #hq #kurodai

Haikyuu!! fanart of the ship Kuroo Tetsurou and Sawamura Daichi for KuroDai Week 2026, fulfilling the prompt "stargazing". It's the night and KuroDai are dancing, Kuroo with his hands on Daichi's hip and back and Daichi's hands on Kuroo's shoulders. They are slightly dressed up, Kuroo has on a dark red shirt rolled up to his elbows and black slacks, and Daichi has on an orange dress shirt with a black vest on top with gray slacks. They stand on a slab of reddish tile with pots and vases surrounding them. Against the dark blue sky is the moon, stars in various colors and sizes, and a planet hung up with string.

Yes, I brushed up an old fic which had been unjustly abandoned to post it for this year's KuroDai Week. This time I even have a little more than one chapter drafted of the continuation. Somehow the story fits all three third-day prompts, even thought some aren't clear in the beginning. #kurodaiweek

Summary:
When the prince who was thought dead is spotted about the capital after eleven months, there is but one man who has all the right clues to notice something going on: the exemplary young Royal Guard Kuroo.

#Kurodaiweek Day 3: Enemies to Lovers, brought to you by a very sudden & very intense obsession w/ Peaky Blinders. Both men have a streak of something hard & violent in them. Not surprising from gang leader Kuroo, but unexpected from undercover officer Daichi. tw: blood, smoking

Daichi Sawamura as an undercover officer in a Peaky Blinders AU. He's pictured from the hips up, facing the viewer and looking off to the right side of the image with a small smile on his face. His hairstyle is era-appropriate - cropped shirt on the sides and back and left longer and swept back at the top. He's wearing a three piece suit - white shirt, black vest, gold blazer and tie - with a black overcoat and gloves. He's holding a fawn colored hat.

Kuroo Tetsurou as a gang leader in a Peaky Blinders AU. He's pictured from the waist up, body in a 3/4 angle towards the left of the image, but he's looking at the viewer with a scowl as he smokes his cigarette. His hairstyle is mostly era-appropriate - cropped shirt on the sides and back and left longer at the top, but it is left loose and falls over his right eye. He's wearing a white shirt, dark gray-ish vest, and has a gold pocket chain with a red jewel decoration.

Lotus Eaters #Kurodai | E | 30k | Horror #Kurodaiweek Supernatural tw: depression, gore, ‼️MIND THE TAGS‼️ Daichi moves to a small village seeking solace. But sometimes grief is all a broken heart has to hold on to. And that kind of grief? Well, that kind of grief will eat you alive. 🔗+🏷️⬇️

Banner graphic for the Kurodai fic, Lotus Eaters. Pictured is Kuroo Tetsurou from the chest up, looking slightly down at the viewer, framed on either side by insect wings and darkness. His face shows a mix of sadness and fear, and where his left eye should be, there is a lotus flower with a black center. He is reaching towards the viewer, one hand stretched into the foreground, either asking for help or about to grab and take... you decide.
