Very happy that we're getting a bunch of different mythos, demons, giant monsters (and double jumps/air juggles) in the new Fayonetta game. Wanted an Egyptian themed GoW for ages but the La-Mulana approach of mixing everything also works for me.

Main reason is getting free art has the implicit feel that I have to reciprocate which I can't and I hate that. I've had some manipulative assholes try to use unsolicited "gift art" as leverage to get shit from me, too, so I'm overall soured on it. Sorry I came off too abrasive btw, rough week.

Rather than lore dump you're probably better off watching a no commentary playthru. Part of the fun is how the game is 100% serious even at its most absurd, within context. For a non-main story taste of the sillyness that can occur, though, please look up "death stranding 2 pizza chef" on youtube.

When Dollman said there might be a long cutscene ahead I laughed then strapped in for 4 hours of ending crazyness. No regrets.

Yeah, it's not for everyone. To me it's a chill thing i can put on while listening to music and do some deliveries, turning off the brain after work. If you're never gonna play it do watch a let's play or something because there's some absolute gold moments. Peak video game sillyness.

True, though it can be interesting seeing what was planned at some point or unused carryovers during development IMO. In this specific case his presence was significant because he had to have been manually added so there was intent to use him at some point. Glad they did, I skipped 4 lol.

Experimental extreme perspective macro (micro?) renders with the 'zard model, made for a couple friends but some of you might enjoy them. Got to practice composition and play around with water rendering for both surface waves and droplets.
