Letošní předslunovratovou dobu jsem si očividně musel okořenit, protože 5. - 7. prosince jsem si dal buddhistický retreat s Robem Preecem. V sobotu 6. prosince, uprostřed retreatu, mě napadla skvělá myšlenka, že bych mohl o dovolené, která mi tou dobou zrovna začínala, jít do tmy. #buddhismus

The worst part about constantly having to push back against liars in the public space is that there is no energy to dedicate to real issues. Much like spending time on social media instead of being present in your life, in a way.

I bet many people are on the spiritual path while the low-hanging yet hard to reach fruit is something completely mundane that is still hidden in their shadow. Like leveling up in dating. Generally just overcoming anything hard and be proud of yourself...

I find it rather hilarious that it's the same human system that get stuck and contracted so easily and at the same time longs for flow and flexibility. It's like a well-trained warrior that is being held by the ankle by a drunkard laying on the ground. What a unity!
