Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 19hHad a tour today. Something messy happened. My new sketch book is now covered by gold dust! So are my hands. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 12/10/2026Travelling, so posting will be on hiatus. Drawing continues. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 12/10/2026On Day 02 of Chiikawa Inktober, I drew an Usagi-Cauldron for unknown reason. If I manage to reuse the elements as much as possible, there is a higher chance that I can combine everything into a coherent story. 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 10/10/2026In the shop where I bought my new sketch book, I found some ball pens with a wooden body. Meanwhile my mechanical pencil has a full-metal body. The totally unexpected weights of the these objects, when picking up, are hilarious. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 10/10/2026This was drawn on another of my old sketchbooks. It's pretty and the paper is very smooth, maybe too smooth? The pages have an ivory tint, but I am sure people looking at the photo will find it hard to believe. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Island vacations. I was thinking about the Sentosa Island when drawing this. Not the part of the Sentosa which is close to the Sentosa Express. #drawing #usagi 100
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 10/10/2026Starting to draw on a Moleskine sketch, which is the only sketchbook I could get in a rush. It's a bit small, a bit tall. Maybe I should draw on the two-page spreads. 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 09/10/2026Small and cute ghosts. Due to some hiccups during sketch book transition, I didn't get to ink this yesterday. #drawing #chiikawa #hachiware #usagi #ghost 060
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 08/10/2026Maybe they are more dedicated, willing to spend money on the mascots they love. If they are willing to spend 1k out of their income every year, it can be achieved... Wow, what a huge gap! 110
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Later I searched "sugar cane" to see how well I did. Oh, they are not called sugar canes 😅 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 07/10/2026Candy feast. For these drawings, I just draw straight away because I don't have a lot of time. As I don't have experiences with candy canes, I applied my best guess or you could say hallucination. I should've looked up how the spirals look like. #drawing #Usagi #Chiikawa #Hachiware #momonga 140
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 06/10/2026I used up a sketch book. Since I don't draw on the first and the last pages, I should have 58 drawings, many of which are Usagi. The first one dated from 2025-05-29 and the last one 2026-10-06. I am off to buy another sketch book. 020
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Chiikawa cosplay. Then I realised I used the candy which is for the candy feast the next day. #drawing #chiikawa 020
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Chow down a cauldron. When you realise that you drew "chow" on the first day already... #drawing #うさぎ 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 03/10/2026I sort of want to draw something quick everyday as well. I haven't set aside time to draw for quite some time :( 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Started to read Batman: the Dark Knight Returns. I like the satiric tone. Dr. Wolper is amazing. The text is a bit hard for me. For example, what does "moments" (on page 9, Arkham Home) mean? Probably not in the sense of moment map or n-th moment that I know. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 01/10/2026I added モルタ伯爵の朝ふかし to my following list. It fits really nicely next to 魔王城でおやすみ. 😆 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Quite recently I read SCP-3125 (=5^5), which is something that can only be described as what it is not. I think the epsilon-M (variant of epsilon-delta) language for describing the infinity is sort of like that. Infinity is not any of the finite numbers. #reading scp-wiki.wikidot.com/antimemetics...scp-wiki.wikidot.comAntimemetics Division Hub - SCP FoundationThe SCP Foundation's 'top-secret' archives, declassified for your enjoyment. 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 26/09/2026Almost reaching the end of volume 9 of 紅殻のパンドラ. Again faced with the dense memo pages. The background colour is not the problem. The line spacing is!!! 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 24/09/2026Usagi manipulates scissors with ears. 💪 #ちいかわファンアート #うさぎ #drawing #scissors 030
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 15/09/2026Needed to download my own firefox add-on whose name I forgot, so I logged into my developer account, whose password I certainly don't know. That was when I noticed that the add-on had thirty or some users. 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 14/09/2026People said that AI couldn't do maths. Then the AI companies developed AI that can. Now people are saying that AI can't raise deep maths problems on their own. I guess the AI companies are working on this?! 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Doodle: Box-Usagi. Don't know why I drew this. Probably just hallucinatied it. #ちいかわファンアート #うさぎ #落書き 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 11/09/2026Books preserve pieces of the past physically, as random notes, postcards, tickets, coupons, pamphlets, tree leaves, feathers etc. were used as bookmarks in them, forgotten and then resurfaced when the books are read again. 011
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Unsettlingly dense page appeared in the manga I have been reading. I read through it. It describes a very detailed process to augment the human brain and various possible failure modes. When you reach the last sentence, you realise that it was not addressed to you. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 02/09/2026I must share my doodle of Usaroo. #ちいかわファンアート #うさぎ #kangaroo #doodle 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 31/08/2026Oops, not the previous drawing, the one that is one drawing further back. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 31/08/2026Mysterious object. When in doubt, make a maquette. Used in the previous drawing. 100

Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 17/08/2026I thought I could quickly paint this. No. Not very good. #ちいかわファンアート #うさぎ #drawing 020
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 16/08/2026Thanks to Shirabe Jisho for word definitions and Kagi translation who has meticulously explained to me the sentence structures and pointed out possible puns, so that I now can just enjoy the story without consulting them often. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 16/08/2026Finished reading volume 10 of the Magus of the Library. How their fates have intertwined and they are all embarking on a new journey. 100
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 13/08/2026Glass jelly Hachiware. Clearly without any clear idea. #ちいかわファンアート #ハチワレ #落書き 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 13/08/2026Finished reading volume 3 of les Cités Obscures. I really like l'Écho des Cités and l'Ombre d'un Homme. I find them beautiful. The drawings make me want to draw big things as well, though I have been mostly drawing small and cute and currently am not drawing anything. 010
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 08/08/2026I finally bought a copy of volume 10 of Magus of the Library! I'll slowly read it during my breaks... actually I have already read 41 pages in one sitting while neglecting my plan of finishing writing the review of a paper. 000
Haelg @kuniheg.bsky.social · 31/07/2026I was so ready to select "kernel", when I saw only "stones" and "stone" are available as choices. 000
