In 2022, I testified at a Frye hearing in Chicago on the validity of forensic firearms analysis. The judge deemed it unscientific and ruled it inadmissible, which was a big step forward. But now, due to a bizarre twist of fate, another judge has vacated that groundbreaking decision 😞
