Here in San Diego yesterday a Panga boat carrying at least 9 capsized a 9yrold girl body wasn't recovered, her 14yr old brother died, mom is in the hospital, dad in a coma at least 2 others dead. They were Indian, mothers think of how desperate you must be to put your family in a Rickey old boat
