Community-based active case finding (ACF) may reduce tuberculosis incidence and mortality but is not widely implemented due to resource constraints. How novel screening test characteristics would affect the impact and costs of ACF strategies is not clear.

HUGE new study of >1.2 million kids looked to see if the aluminium contained was associated with a number of childhood conditions. Long story short: NO association with ANY of them. The tiny amount of aluminium in vaccines is safe. #Vaccineswork
