also haha I tried learning blender (the famous donut) like last month and it went swimmingly until I hit the textures part--it doesn't work quite right in my laptop for some reason? I'll start over from scratch next time I try to continue.

ngl I've lost touch with painting because for at least two years I've gone the fastest route without much experimentation or like.. heavy on the personal color preference 🤔

✌️🦊 comparison thing that I sketched the other day to get back into drawing. I didn't even follow the OG artstyle fully, but it's still jarring to see the referenced one side by side with the one I drew out of memory. His eyes are huge haha (and my style made him look kind of evil)

Stalling comms haunts me, and yet I do it often some way or another. I'm not proud of that. I feel ashamed for being so 😬 abt drawing when it's literally what I am paid to do but it should hopefully be better, I am working on it every day.

I think even the most basic stuff, when your oshi is the one saying it so sincerely, can be a significant difference when you're in the dumps

I should've perhaps posted on twt instead but the good news is that I can draw again without wanting to throw up so I'm slowly getting back to drawing!

My room's lamp gave up today, and I found out at like near midnight when I just woke up.. I found out that I'm capable of living in the dark but at the same time the eye strain is bigger lmao
