I do understand this at all. If you don’t follow the judges ruling nothing happens to you? Example: if a murder didn’t turn up to court they remain free? No law enforcement goes and gets the murderer? If he doesn’t provide the documents shouldn’t the judge get law enforcement to go and take them?
