Another supposed co-conspirator Natasha Rakotz, age 45, turned herself in today. ICE agents must have been terrified: she is alleged to have followed them in a Honda Civic. Also alleged to have sideswiped them…I can’t imagine that if she had done so, ICE would not have detained her. Or killed her.
