Published in 2021, it is a sweeping historical fiction epic set in Texas in 1934.... Our bedroom was 31C last night at 10 pm, before we turned the air conditioning unit on. I don't like having to use aircon because of the environmental damage, but I am so glad we have it as otherwise it's so hard to sleep. 070 0
