If you're like me and on iOS, and got locked out of 18+ servers, but you're classified as an adult, go into the discord web app and recheck the age restricted servers on iOS. Even if it's already checked, uncheck it and check it again. That should solve your issue. This whole thing is dumb as hell.

It's never too late to stop using AI. It doesn't matter what you're using it for, however much you're relying on it, you can stop. There's nothing it does that can't be replaced by other, better methods. You can always learn new skills, it's never too late.

In case you wanted about 3,700 words on the problems with today's "settlement" that gives Meta way more power over how the internet works than it should have.

Since I know people are allergic to using a search engine, start with what @fightforthefuture.org @eff.org have. There's so many organizations yelling about this stuff. I mean, if you need an even better example, the ACLU has been warning against it. Do. Not. Believe. This. Is. Good.

Kel Stella @kstellanova.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

I need anyone celebrating the Meta trial today to get with and listen to everyone and anyone who has been ringing the alarms about age verification and ID checks. These people have NEVER once cared about keeping kids safe. Do research. It's not a win at all. Big Tech is trying to make more money.
