Fun Fact: During company wide hack days, I encourage my engineers to hack their careers. That may mean working on a personal development task like writing a personal promotion proposal, learning a skill like public speaking, or shadowing another discipline they are interested in. Always evolve!

Oh it’s stress for sure. I bought a mouth guard and it wouldn’t stay in. Now that I’m on my invisiline journey, it’s so obvious that I grind my teeth. May I suggest that you clear your mind and have a winding down process before sleeping. That has helped me a ton.
