This week I ran stop motion workshops for kids at a school in Vík, Iceland. Every plot, character and plot twist was theirs. I just kept the tripod still.

In May, missing ARM support for Leap Motion was blocking a Raspberry Pi version. Workaround: skip the SDKs entirely and read an old Leap and a Kinect as raw cameras. In Budapest the whole set ran in a terminal on a Pi 5.

Been polishing how LLM agents drive ClickyDots. Every sticky note is a plain Markdown file with frontmatter, so any agent that can write files (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, etc) can create, recolour, move and remind. The app just watches the folder. clickydots.app

Arrange commands used to yank every note onto a single display, no matter which monitor it was sitting on. Now each screen tidies its own, and nothing jumps displays.

A month ago in London, I performed live visuals for an improvised music concert (Cheslav Singh on piano, score by Hangrui Zhang). First time restricting the setup entirely to the terminal via notcurses + Leap Motion. Digging this direction, will definitely experiment more with these constraints.
